Mr. Cain completed a 20-year career in the United States Air Force, filling a myriad of leadership positions and retiring as the Chief of Services Mogadishu (Operation Restore/Continue Hope) in 1994. Upon his retirement, he managed complex, large-scale construction and logistics support projects for Halliburton-Brown & Root in Europe as an International Project Manager, International Director of Logistics, and Deputy Project Manager. Mr. Cain has worked hand in hand with senior military leaders, government and local officials, NATO, USAID and countless other agencies in support of infrastructure reconstruction, relocation programs and community support projects in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He led a staff of 7,500 employees in the Balkans where he was responsible for delivering full-service construction, O&M and life support. He was also responsible for strategically mapping out directives, creating strategic business plans for expansion and new business development, while finding creative solutions to challenges relating to implementing, managing, and maintaining engineering, construction, and logistics support services for the United States Army valued at over 350 million USD annually. With his scale of services rendered in the Balkans, Mr. Cain has been credited with playing a major role in expanding operations for Kellogg Brown & Root. Mr. Cain was one of the founding partners of the Recon International Group, building the company from its beginnings to a multi-million-dollar Logistics and Construction Company operating in the Middle East, South West Asia and Africa. He led the Recon International staff of 1,600 employees in completing hundreds of million dollars in infrastructure and industrial contracts. Mr. Cain has amalgamated his experiences, past performance and relationships with his partners at PDPI where he is the Founder and Group CEO. He is married with four children and is based in Dubai, U.A.E.

ENGINEER NASSER AL ARIFE

ENGINEER NASSER AL ARIFE

Engineer Nasser Al Arife has over 10 years experience in leading and directing the business operations of the Al Arife Group which include commercial and residential real-estate developments, transportation and logistics operations, engineering and industrial services. Engineer Al Arife joined Project Delivery Partners International team as the Executive Vice President to help grow the company and diversify its offerings. Engineer Al Arife has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in computer science and information systems from the King Saud University, KSA. Engineer Al Arife has been a project manager at the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) and was instrumental in establishing the North Regent Cement Group with operations in four countries. Engineer Nasser Saud is married and is based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

MR. JONATHAN LEWIS

EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY

Mr. Lewis started his career in the automotive & retail sectors acquiring a vast knowledge in procurement, sales, marketing and advertising. Moving to the United Arab Emirates in 2003, Mr. Lewis established Beaufort Consultancy as well as creating a successful business developing modular accommodation, advanced construction systems, new build-technologies systems with concrete pre-cast systems and pre-engineered steel construction system in the Middle East and Africa. Mr. Lewis started acquiring land and developing modular accommodation developments focused on Serviced Hotel Apartments & Student Accommodation. He has completed several successful projects in the U.A.E. and in several cities in the United Kingdom. With his vast business relations around the world, Mr. Lewis is adding significant value to the PDPI's international business development program focusing on growth across all sectors. Mr. Lewis is now focusing the PDPI international business development team on opportunities in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is married with two children and is based in London and Dubai, U.A.E.

MR. MATTEO ENZO CRUCCO

VICE PRESIDENT INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS

Mr. Crucco was born in Torino, Italy, in 1956, and is an Architect & Civil Engineer with more than 30 years experience in the field of Construction & Management of contracting companies. Having started his career as Construction Supervisor in Libya in 1980, he moved to the position of Chief Engineer on a project in Kenya, then different positions like Deputy Project Manager, Project Manager, Country Manager then up to the position of Regional Manager. Mr. Crucco has vast experience as Project Manager for large projects around the world, mostly dams and hydroelectric power plants like Casecnan in Philippines with project value of $600m and more than 3.000 workers of 11 nationalities, or Theun Hinboun project in Laos. Other than hydroelectric plants, he has experience in managing large infrastructure projects of roads, tunnels and bridges like Jamal Abdul Nasser in Kuwait, full elevated road with value of $835m or Mont Kiara Penchala tunnel in KL, Malaysia. In the field of civil works, he managed the tower project named Burj al Fateh in Khartoum, Sudan and the International Expo Fiera di Milano al Portello in Italy. During the period of 2008 to 2011, he was based in the United Arab Emirates as Regional Manager for an Italian general contractor. 2011 to date, Mr. Crucco has been consulting and acting as partner for ICM. He is married with one daughter.

MR. DENNIS FOLDESI

VICE PRESIDENT CONTRACTS & COMPLIANCE

Mr. Foldesi brings 40 years experience as director of contracts, program manager, contract management and compliance on prime contracts, IDIQ, cost plus, fixed price contracts in construction, aerospace, defense and international contracts in excess of one billion U.S. dollars for the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, NASA, DOD, DOJ, DOS and commercial clients. Mr. Foldesi's thorough understanding and knowledge of commercial and government contractual terms & conditions, federal acquisition regulations, cost accounting standards and pricing is instrumental to PDPI and its clients maintaining strict adherence to contract terms and conditions. Mr. Foldeis has spent over 10 years in Middle East and Africa, 3 years on FMS case with Northrop for Saudi Arabia ITAR / EAR and over 3 years in Bosnia, Hungary and Croatia for the U.S. Army, NATO and UN. Mr. Foldesi has an MBA in Contracts with a heavy emphasis on legal teachings and is a multi-engine pilot, he is married and is based in Dubai, UAE.

MR. RAOUL ASCARI

FINANCIAL ADVISOR & CORPORATE COMMERCIAL STRATEGY

Chairman of ITARE and Concrete Finance, two global financial advisory firms, since 2016. Previously he was Chief Operating Officer of SACE - cdp group, the Italian Export Credit Agency. He joined SACE in 2000 where he previously was Head of Risk Management and Chief Financial Officer. Between 2006 and 2009, Mr. Ascari served as Deputy Chairman and Chairman of the Berne Union Medium-long Term Committee. Prior to joining SACE, Mr. Ascari worked for FIAT USA where he held the position of Vice President for International Finance and Head of the Washington DC FIAT office. His previous experience also includes the World Bank, where he worked in the East Africa Region as Advisor to the Italian Executive Director and Member of the Board. Mr. Ascari holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna and completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Bradford (UK). He teaches postgraduate courses in Economic Development and African Affairs at Universita Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, Milan, Italy.

MR. ALISTAIR HERRIOT

INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT DESIGN / OPERATIONAL PARTNER

Mr. Herriot has over 25 years of experience in Airport Design and Operations with specialties in Turn-key Airport Terminals, Security Systems, Hold Baggage Screening (inc ECAC Standard 3), Baggage Handling Systems, Automated Cargo and Warehousing Systems world-wide. As the Founder and Managing Director of Airport Capacity Solutions Ltd, he has been providing strategic development and guidance to International Airports. He was a key member of the Heathrow Terminal 5 design team from concept to operational hand over. He provided Operational input to all large Capital Projects across the HAL, Gatwick and Stansted Airports. He designed the Olympic Temporary Games Portal for Athletes at Heathrow Airport. He designed Turn-key semi-permanent and permanent Airport Terminal facilities to assist with the growth development strategies for Airports globally, including Brazil, Cape Verde, Ivory Coast, Democratic Republic of Congo to name a few.
